Abstract

The Analysis of the Impacts of Remuneration, Work Motivation and Discipline on Staff’s Performance at Pusat Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan (PPPPTK) Bisnis dan Pariwisata, KEMENDIKBUD – DEPOK This research is aimed at at identifying factors of remuneration, motivation, and work discipline at Pusat Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan (PPPPTK) Bisnis dan Pariwisata and analysing the impacts on the work performance of staff. This research involves 100 personnels of PPPPTK Bisnis dan Pariwisata as research subjects and utilizes SPSS version 22 to calculate and validate the instruments. Independent variables (X) include Remuneration (X1), Work Motivation Kerja (X2), and Work Discipline (X3), whereas dependent variables (Y) include Work Performance of staffs. Analysis technique applied in this research is partial test (Uji T) and simultaneous test (Uji F). The data analysis of the research indicates that remuneration, work motivation and discipline bring positive and significant impacts on staff’s work performance. Since the effect size of partial Ttabel on trust level is 95% (α = 0,05%/2), and the value of ttabel is 1,98, then thitung>ttabel of Remuneration on work performance is 4,740. As thitung with the value of t tabel = 1,98 jadi 4,740 > 1,98, it implies that Remuneration as a variable that determines how well the staff perform in their works. The effect size of Work motivation on work performance is thitung 2,234 with the value of t tabel = 1,98, then 2,234 > 1,98, it implies that work motivation is a variable that determines how well the staffs perform in their works. The effect size of Work Discipline is thitung 6,393 with the value of t tabel = 1,98 then 6,363> 1,98, it also indicates that work discipline is also a variable that determines how well staff perform in their works. On the other hand, staff’s work performance on simultaneous test (Uji F) Fhitung is 14,032 with significancy 0,000. The value of Ftabel on trust level is 95% (α = 5 %), then the value of Ftabel is 2,70. It indicates that Fhitung>Ftabel is 14,032 > 2,70. It indicates that remuneration (X1), work motivation (X2) and work discipline (X3) simultaneously have significant impacts on work performance of staff. This can also be seen on the significance of uji F, which is 0,000 and smaller than α = 0,05.
