Abstract
This study aims to reveal what Social Class Difference issues arefound and how American response the issues of social classbased on the script in Pretty Woman film by Garry Marshall (1990). To analyze the issues this study uses Karl Marx’s theory and Qualitative approach. Based on the analysis there are four factors that are influence Social Class difference such as economic, culture, material and power. Meanwhile there are three factorsthat related to how American response the issues of social classwhich are gender, race and sex. Key words : Film script, social class issues, Karl Marx
