Abstract

This study aims to examine how much influence the quality of human resources in financial management, work motivation and accountability to the quality of financial reporting on Local Government Regional Indramayu either partially or simultaneously. Data collected by sending questionnaires to the financial management of this type of research is correlational with 41 samples from a population of 70 people taken at random proportional. Data analysis techniques are used path analysis. The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses are constructed acceptable. this indicates that the quality of human resources, job motivation and accountability in financial management positively affect the quality of financial reporting either partially or simultaneously Keywords: Human Resources, Work Motivation, Accountability and Financial Reporting Quality
