Abstract

ABSTRACT EFFECT OF CULTURE COMPANY ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT ACE HARDWARE INDONESIA Tbk BRANCH REMPOA The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is Corporate Culture Influence on Employee Performance at PT ACE Hardware Indonesia Tbk Rempoa Branch. The method used in this research is Quantitative Descriptive method and survey method to obtain data from some of the population or that will be the research sample. Quantitative Descriptive Method that is research that gives description or descriptive of data done in case to know existence of influence between independent variable and dependent variable. To analyze the data that the authors get from the company, then the authors perform calculations using statistical calculations assisted with SPSS 20 program. Result of calculation of this research to know big influence influence used coefficient of determination (KD) obtained 26,4%, this proves that big influence of Corporate Culture to employee performance equal to 26,4% and the rest equal to 73,6% influenced by other factor not examined in this study. Based on test result of t test formula is obtained tcount> ttable that is (4,153> 2,010) with coefficient value of sig (0,000 <0,05) meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning Company Culture (X) have significant influence to Employee Performance Y) at PT ACE Hardware Indonesia Tbk and simultaneously Corporate Culture have a significant effect on employee performance at PT ACE Hardware Indonesia Tbk Rempoa Branch (17,247> 4,04) with coefficient value of sig (0,000 <0,05). Then obtained a simple regression equation Y = 40.313 + 0.371 X. Keywords: Corporate Culture, Employee Performance.
