Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine how the influence of Leadersif to employee performance and is the object of this study are employees at PT. Jala Niaga Elok (JNE)South Tangerang with amounted to 60 people.. This research use primary and secondary data collected through field studies, questionnaires and literature. The design of testing hypothesis is to determine the significance of the relationship between X and Y. Provisions variable for each value shown as follows: If “t” count greater than the “t” table value, Ho is rejected, then Ha is accepted (there is a significant relationship between Leadersif to employee performance), and vice versa If “t” count smaller than the “t” table value, Ho is accepted, then Ha rejected (it mean no relationship between Leadersif to employee performance) Employee Leadersifinfluence with the employee's performance is based on calculations that have been made that the correlation coefficient between the Leadersif t performance coefficient of 0.855. This means there is a moderate correlation between Leadersif and employee performance, and based on hypothesis testing has been done with the "t test" showed that t = 5.034 and after comparison with “t” table the significant level of 5% and n = 60 indicates table = 2.001. Because “t” count was in the rejection of Ho (12.547> 2.002), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Thus it is evident that "there is a significant influence between Leadersif by the performance of employees of PT. Mafati Group ".. Keyword: Leadersif and Employee performance
