Abstract

Health development aims to optimization people! s health degree, Hospital is services company with core service is the primary. Hospital has social function that brings health service to each social clases, because health is human right. Health service earlier just to curing, but now have growth to be health doing unity to whole people including that raise work, healing, curing, and recondition such as complete, system, and continuesly, these work known as national Health System (SKN, Ind). This Study describes customer! s satisfaction with analytic tools logistic regression test, it shows all independent variables (physic prove, tougt, respons, guarantee, and emphaty) significantly involve to dependent variable.
